How We Ship
Your calendar is printed on demand at one of our partner facilities located in over 30 countries worldwide. We automatically route your order to the facility closest to your delivery address, which means:
• Faster delivery times - your calendar travels a shorter distance
• Reduced carbon footprint - less shipping = better for the planet
• Lower risk of damage - shorter journeys mean safer deliveries
Large posters are carefully rolled and shipped in protective cardboard tubes to prevent bending or damage during transit.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard delivery times from order to arrival:
• Australia: 5-8 business days
• United States: 5-8 business days
• United Kingdom: 4-7 business days
• Europe (EU): 5-10 business days
• Canada: 5-10 business days
• New Zealand: 7-12 business days
• Rest of World: 10-20 business days
These estimates include 1-3 business days for printing plus shipping time. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (November-January) or due to customs processing for international orders.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking information once your calendar is on its way. You can track your order at any time using the link in your shipping email.
Returns Policy
Because each calendar is printed on demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
However, we will replace your order free of charge if:
• Your calendar arrives damaged
• There is a printing defect or quality issue
• You receive the wrong product
• Your order is lost in transit
How to Request a Replacement
If you need a replacement, please:
• Email us at hello@masteryouryear.com within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number
• Attach a photo showing the issue
We'll review your request and send a replacement within 24 hours - no need to return the original item. Our goal is to get you planning as quickly as possible.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.
