RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Important Information

Most Master Your Year products are made to order, including large-format wall calendar posters. Because of this, returns are limited and handled carefully.

This policy complies with:

  • Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive

  • UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

  • US consumer protection standards


When Returns Are Required

We may require the physical product to be returned in the following situations:

Suspected fraud or repeated abuse Yes
Incorrect item received No
Damaged item (verified) No (replacement usually issued)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Change of Mind

Because products are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not generally accepted.

If a change-of-mind return is approved at our discretion:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping (which was free) is not refunded as a cash value


EU & UK Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • The product must be returned unused and undamaged

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected


Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued as follows:

Discretionary refunds Store credit
Printing or fulfilment error Replacement

Refunds do not include any customs duties or taxes paid.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads

  • Items damaged due to misuse or handling

  • Items returned without approval


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that are:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Not fit for purpose

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will respond with next steps within 5 business days.
